DIY Projects

Our Hardwood orangeries, conservatories and garden rooms are all available as DIY projects.

The service we offer goes further than most, once we have the basic ideas, we will complete a full site survey and produce full working drawings for you to agree the final design.

Depending on size, weather you remove the main house wall and the positioning in relation to roads and rights of way you may require planning permission, building regulations approval, listed building consent or local council agreements. You can apply for these yourself, or we can for you.

We then manufacture your new orangery, garden room or conservatory while the base is being completed by your own builder or we can provide you with names of contractors in your area. We will then agree final delivery dates so your installers can fit the upper parts or we can offer you names of fitters in your area. After this you can finish off any knock through's, electrics, plastering, tiling, final carpentry finishing's and the final decoration or if you require we can again offer names of contractors in your area
